Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location:

  • Pakistan: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Delivery delays may occur during holidays, sales periods, or due to courier issues.

Shipping Charges


  • 250 delivery charges

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Bin Zahid is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts or incorrect address information, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
